VAROLO NOW IS WORLDWIDE !! MAKE MONEY WATCHING TV ADS !!

Varolo Expands Worldwide

VAROLO EXPANDS WORLDWIDE
Beginning July 7th, 2011 Varolo will open its doors to anyone worldwide.  That is right.  Now anyone, anywhere can use Varolo.  Expanding worldwide is very exciting for everyone.  Users can expand their villages to include those in any country.  Advertisers can now target users anywhere in the world.  Worldwide expansion has required some changes to the way Varolo works which we would like to explain here.
One of the things that kept us from expanding internationally before now was the fact that we didn’t have advertisers in all countries.  Yet you can’t get advertisers in a country without users and you can’t get users without advertisers.  This “chicken and egg” problem is significant.  What we have decided to do is allow anyone in any country to join.  If you live in a country that has ads, you are required to watch your ads each week to claim your village earnings.  If you live in a country that has few or no advertisers, you are only required to watch what you can.
For example, if you live in Peru you are likely not going to have any ads (at the time of this writing).  What you can do is still build a village of users both locally and internationally.  Lets say you invite people in the U.S. and Canada.  Those villagers can watch ads and earn you income.  What you have to do is login to Varolo several times a week and TRY to watch ads.  If there are ads there, you need to watch them.  If there are not ads to watch, you will get credit for TRYING to watch ads and you will be able to claim all of your village earnings.  WHAT THIS MEANS IS THAT IF YOU ARE IN A COUNTRY THAT DOESN’T CURRENTLY HAVE ADS TARGETED TO IT, YOU SHOULD FOCUS YOUR RECRUITING OF A VILLAGE TO COUNTRIES THAT DO HAVE ADS.  The countries that often (but not always) have ads include: USA, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.  We will try to provide an up-to-date list of countries that do have ads so users can target people in those countries to grow their villages.
REQUIREMENTS
If you are in a country that has ads, you need to watch 140 ads each week.  This will likely require that you login most days of the week and watch ads for about 10 minutes.  If you don’t have enough ads, the system will give you credit AT THE END OF THE WEEK for trying to watch all your ads.  So as long as you are trying to watch ads, you will not be penalized in a region that doesn’t have enough ads.
WORLDWIDE ADVERTISER RECRUITMENT
IF YOU LIVE IN A COUNTRY THAT DOESN’T HAVE ENOUGH ADVERTISERS, YOU CAN BECOME AN ASSOCIATE AND EARN COMMISSIONS WHEN REFERRING ADVERTISERS TO VAROLO.  Give your custom link to advertisers in your area and when they use Varolo, you will earn a commission on each and every ad they play to anyone in Varolo.  This helps everyone.  Because as your country gets more and more advertisers, you can recruit villagers locally which earn you even more!
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
The strategy that should be employed by Varolo villagers is pretty simple.  If you are in a country that has ads, you can and should recruit villagers locally and internationally.  Some might say, “why should I recruit users in countries that don’t have ads?  Those users can’t generate village earnings for me.” which is true BUT those users can continue to build a village for you.  We get emails every day from people in China, India, South America and many other regions saying, “let us build and earn from a village even if we can’t view ads”.  NOW THEY CAN and these users can be in your village.  So getting users in other countries to build your village for you should be a top priority for someone that wants to build a village quick.
If you are in a country that does not have ads, you should use the Internet and social networking methods to recurit and build villagers in countries that do have ads.  This is what will immediately begin earning you income.  You should also recruit villagers from countries that don’t have ads because they too will want to recruit villagers in other countries that do have ads.  This will accelerate your earnings.
MINIMUM AD PRICES
Minimum ad prices will vary!  In the countries that we have previously supported, we maintained a minimum ad price that has increased over time.  As you can imagine, minimum ad prices vary across different countries.  In other words, an advertiser isn’t going to pay the same for an ad in the United States as they will in Iceland.  We will be managing minimum ad prices in each country and driving those minimums up over time as users and advertisers increase.  What this means is that if your village is entirely made up of people in Japan (for example), you will not make as much as if your village was made up of those in Canada.
OUR MARKETING VIDEO THAT GIVES A MONEY MAKING EXAMPLE IS BASED ON A 1 CENT MINIMUM AD PRICE. THERE WILL BE MANY COUNTRIES WHERE ADVERTISERS WILL BE PAYING LESS THAN 1 CENT.   Keep in mind that there are countries where minimums are now 3 cents or more for each ad view (advertiser cost).  So earnings will vary based on where your villagers are.
TAXES AND LEGAL
If you reside outside the U.S. you are responsible for any taxes you are required to pay.  Varolo will not be tracking or reporting income for users outside of the U.S.  You as a user are responsible to understand and follow the laws in your country regarding any aspect of Varolo and its services.
LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Some have asked if and when we will modify the Varolo.com website to be hosted in other languages.  Right now, we will keep the website and all videos in English.  Over time, the countries that have the greatest adoption rates for advertisers and users will become the priority to create versions of the website in those languages.  So if you want Varolo to be in your native language, get users and advertisers in those regions to grow Varolo!  Also, you can use Googles translation support which generally works fairly well for those you want to recruit that do not speak English very well.  This will not translate the audio portion of any videos, but will work on the website text

What is Varolo?

This post is to introduce people to Varolo, and expose some of the myths about it. You are probably reading this be cause you want to earn some extra cash and came across Varolo somewhere on the internet. If you are unsure about Varolo, or just want to understand more how it works and learn if it is a scam or not, you are in the right place.
Varolo is basically a website where you watch ads and can get paid for it.
You notice I said "can." Not everyone who joins Varolo makes money, but we will get to that later. How is it that Varolo can pay people to watch ads? Actually it is simple. Many company pay millions of dollars each year getting their ads on T.V. or in phone books, but most people know that the real way to get exposure today is through internet marketing. However the problem with internet marketing, is that without an internet marketing expert, it can be very difficult. Varolo sidesteps the phone book companies, the T.V. tycoons and the difficulty of internet marketing, and connects companies directly with customers. Varolo allows advertisers to guarantee that their ads are viewed. They do this by paying people to watch ads, or to be precise, they pay people to get people to watch ads.
How does this work?
The concept is simple. A company agrees to pay a small amount to Varolo (usually $0.01-0.05) each time their ad is viewed. This is a great value for companies, no where else can you guarantee your ads will get watched for such a low price. Varolo then pays its users to watch those ads. You might be doing the math in your head and wondering how this could possibly work. Even if the ads were an average of 15sec, you could only watch 4 ads a minute which at the higher rate of $0.05/ad watched only comes out to $3/hr. which is not quite enough to motivate people to watch the commercials that they spend all day avoiding. Varolo understood this and they created "Varolo Villages."
A Varolo Village is you and your friends you have invited to join Varolo for up to 5 degrees of separation. In other words, your village includes all the people you invite (one degree of separation), all the people they invite (two degrees of separation), all the people they invite (3 degrees of separation), and all the people they invite (4 degrees of separation). You then get paid off of the ads your village watches. Again, you might be asking why would you watch ads if you only get paid from the ads your village watches. Varolo has figured this out also. In order to collect the money your village has earned, you have to watch about 140 ads a week. Watching these required ads takes a little over an hour. That's right you can collect your earnings by giving up less than two hours a week. In order to make a living off of Varolo you need to grow your village by inviting people to join Varolo. If you do not have a village you will find it very difficult to ever earn any money from Varolo. However if you invite 10 people to Varolo, and they invite 10, and so on until you get to a 4th degree of separation, and these people only watch the minimum number of ads required to claim 100% of their villages earnings you will make more than $1,000/month by spending about 5 hours watching ads, that is about $200/hr.
Varolo does offer two other ways to earn, however these are not nearly as easy to gain earnings from. In addition to earning cash for your village when you watch ads, you are given an additional entry into the weekly jackpot. The Varolo site videos will tell you that these can be as big as $10,000, but I have yet to see one that is larger than $750. Your chances of winning are slim, but there is no risk, entry is free. The third way to earn from Varolo is to join their affiliate program and bring in advertisers. Varolo will pay you 3% of all the advertising money spent by every advertiser you send to them. If you know a lot of business owners this can be a great opportunity. If you don't, this may not be very appealing to you.
What's the catch?
I know you have been waiting to hear that catch, this is too good to be true, there must be a catch. Well actually there is no real catch, other than you have to build your own village. Building a large productive village is the only thing standing between you and a great cash flow. Varolo does give you some tips as to how you can build your village. But no matter how you look at it, it is going to take some work. If you expect your village to grow itself, you will be disappointed. You need to work at building it until you get to about 500 people, at which point it will start to grow and maintain itself.
Don't get scared about needing to know 500 people to build your village. If you can personally bring on 10 (1st degree) people, and they do the same and this continues to your fourth degree you will have twice that number. Don't think you are alone in this endevor either, you are here at Varolo , where we help you learn the ins and outs of Varolo and give you guidance on building your village. If you want to start earning today, click here, and become a part of the Varolo family.

What You Need To Do To Make Money

Don't think that earning money with Varolo is as easy as signing up for an account and letting the money roll in.  The potential for earning large amounts of cash does exist, however there are some things you need to do to make it happen.
First, without a village it will be very difficult for you to earn anything. If you want to earn you need to build your village.  A couple of ways exist to build your village.  The best way to build your village is to go to your friends and family and get them to join.  They are the people most likely to allow you to explain how Varolo works and why they should join.  Another way to get people to join is through social networks like, Facebook, Twitter, and Google+.  Through these networks you can reach out a lot of people with a small amount of work.  Varolo also has a FB app to help you do this.  Craigslist is also a great way to build your village.  By posting in the classified section you can find people who are motivated to earn cash and join your village.  There are many more ways to grow your village, just think of how you came to know about Varolo, and you should be doing that to grow your village.
Second, without watching ads you will not earn.  Watching ads is how you claim your village's earnings and get entered into the weekly jackpot.  Even if you have not built a village large enough to bring in a steady income, you should get in the habit of watching 100% of the adds needed to claim your earnings, this is usually about 140 ads and can be done in about 70min or less a week.  Watching your ads also earns for your sponsor and the more you help your sponsor, often the more they will help you. Watching ads is what Varolo is all about, if you are not watching your ads, the advertisers will go away and you will no longer be able to earn.
Finally, you need to treat Varolo like a job.  Schedule time when you will grow your village, schedule time to watch ads, and schedule time to support your village.  By doing this you will not forget about Varolo and the dollars you could be earning.

Can You Really Earn Money From Varolo?

So you are interested in Varolo but you are not sure if it is really possible to earn money from Varolo. If you have watched the intro video, you should know that there are three ways to earn from Varolo; one which takes some work, doesn't produce a lot but is steady, one that is easy but not likely, and one that is a lot of work but can produce the most. Let me explain these three ways of earning from Varolo as candid as I can.
Varolo Village Earnings
The first and primary
way to earn from Varolo is by building your village and watching ads. Varolo doesn't pay you to watch and rate ads. You earn when people in your village watch ads and then you have to watch ads to "claim" the money that your village earns. Let me now explain what your village is, how it makes money, and if it is ever worth your time (can your really make $20-$200/hr.).
Your village is the people you refer to Varolo and the people they refer and so on, until four levels of separation at first and then five levels of separation after you have directly referred 30 people and have a village of at least 500. When the people in your village watch and rate ads you can claim a percentage of those earnings. You earn 8% from your first level, 6% from your second level, 4% from your third level, and 2% from your fourth level. If this is confusing check out this image to see how it works.

As you can see you don't earn huge amounts from your village. That is if you have a small village you don't earn huge amounts. However you don't just get the money your village earns, you have to claim it by watching ads. You need to watch and rate about 140 ads per week to claim 100% of your village's earnings. 14o sounds like a lot, but it can be easily done in less than 30 min a day, five days a week. If you are served mostly short ads you can do this in less than 20 min a day. Even if you are unable to watch all 140 ads don't worry, you will get a percentage of your village's earnings, if you only watch 50% of the required ads, you will claim 50% of your village's earnings.
Now comes the big question, is it reasonable to expect an income from your village, and is it worth your time? The answer to these questions depends on the person. If you do not grow tour village it will never be worth your time. A small village will only earn pennies, and you will have to spend time watching and rating ads to claim those pennies. Although, if you work hard up front to build your village, you really can earn $200/hr. But don't expect this to happen quickly, you will need a very large village to earn this much. Even Varolo itself claims that your village will not grow on its own (meaning you are not working to grow it) until it reaches about 500 people. The Varolo village concept does make it possible to earn extra cash, and even possible earn enough to quit your day job. However, in order to make this work, you need to do a lot of upfront work building and maintaining your village.
Jackpots
Varolo is very proud of its weekly jackpot promotion and they count it as a major way to earn from them. I must admit, this is a huge overstatement. Varolo claims that the jackpots are thousands of dollars, and hopefully someday they will be, but the largest I have seen is $750. But hey, $750 is still $750. Varolo does pay every person above the winner to four degrees up, 10% on the jackpot also. So if there is a jackpot of $750 the winner gets $750, their sponsor, and their sponsor's sponsors, and so on up four degrees gets $75. This means that up to 5 people can earn each week from the jackpot.
Now how do you enter the jackpot? Every time you watch an ad you get an entry to the jackpot, and once you have claimed 100% of your villages earnings, you get two entries per ad you watch. There are also achievements for getting to a certain size village that give you additional entries. Even with all these entries, your chances of winning are slim. But like the rest of Varolo the entries are free, so a win is a bonus. That being said the jackpot is a way to earn, but not much better than the lottery.
Varolo Affiliates
The final way to earn from Varolo is by becoming an affiliate. Earning from this can be more difficult than growing your village, but it is also more profitable. A Varolo affiliate is someone who gets advertisers to sign up for placing ads on Varolo. Varolo will pay affiliates 3% on all the revenue that comes from the advertisers they introduce to Varolo. If you have contacts with business owners, or experience in the affiliate marketing realm, this can be very profitable. Affiliate earnings do not need to be claimed, you can receive these without ever watching a single ad. Although this is one of the most profitable aspects of Varolo, it is difficult because you are getting people to pay to advertise on Varolo. This is they only way to earn by someone else paying Varolo, all other aspects of Varolo are free.

To sum it all up, can you really earn money from Varolo? Yes, you can earn money from Varolo, but it is going to take work upfront and commitment to grow your village. Since joining Varolo is 100% free, and you never have to ever pay anything, all you need to decide is if it is worth your time to earn money from Varolo

Is Varolo Really Free?

The short answer to that question is, yes. However as we all remember from our first economic classes, "there is no such thing as a free lunch." The reason I am answering this question is that many people seem to question the validity of Varolo because there is no up front fees, or any fees for that matter. This actually troubles me, because I feel that these people must have been ripped off by pyramid schemes in the past to even consider this. What job requires you to pay to get hired? Any program that requires you to pay to join must be questioned. If there really is a potential to make money, you shouldn't have to pay for it. Varolo never requires you to pay, there isn't even an option to pay Varolo, as some programs have where you can join for free but if you want to "make real money" you have to pay.

So, then how does Varolo get the money to pay you to watch ads and rate them. Actually the answer is simpler than you think. It is the advertisers of course. This should not be hard to believe, as an internet marketer, I have clients who spend more than 60k a month on search engine ads, and there are companies that pay millions each month for those ads and all they do is get people to their website. Everyday you probably watch ads, but here is the great scam, you get paid nothing for those ads. If you read newspapers and magazines, or watch TV, advertisers are paying to get those ads in front of you, and often times you are paying subscription fees to watch those ads. But these days with DVRs and ad-blocking software, often times these ads are never seen by people even though the advertisers are paying for them. Varolo has tried to revolutionize the advertising industry by providing permission based advertising. Advertisers pay Varolo to place their ads on their site, Varolo members watch and rate those ads and Varolo shares the income with them. This is better for both the advertiser and the consumer. The advertiser gets to pay for ads that are actually watched, and they get instant feedback from their customers (something which before Varolo, cost lots of money), at a rate as low as $0.01/view. Consumers get paid to watch and review those ads. So to answer the question completely, Varolo is not free, the advertisers pay for it, but if you are a consumer, Varolo is always free, and it actually pays you.

A soccer mom and friend introduced me to Varolo about 2-3 weeks ago.  Since I figured it didn’t cost anything to do and I could check out ads fairly quickly in my spare time, what the heck, nothing to lose, I’ll join and get some family and friends to do the same, you never know! Today I was shocked when I received an e-mail announcing me as last week’s jackpot winner!  I must admit, I am now a believer, this is wonderful news!  Not many of us here in Canada on this yet … let’s go build those villages!!
